Dan Giroux grew up on the north side of Wichita, the youngest of 11 children. He graduated from Wichita Northwest and Newman University. Dan started his career as a prosecutor for Sedgwick County where he successfully prosecuted violent sex offenders.

Today, Dan is a small business owner and managing partner of Dugan & Giroux Law, Inc. Dan proudly serves on the board of the Center of Hope, Inc. which provides emergency financial relief for families and individuals. Dan volunteers at the DUI Victim Center, AYSO and SCSA Soccer and his parish, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. He is currently the president of the Newman University Booster Club and is the co-founder and co-director of the Wichita Gladiator Dash, which has raised over $250,000 for local charities.

Dan and his wife, Christine, have been married since 2001 and are blessed with four amazing children: Lauren 12, Alexander 10, Caroline 7 and Elliot 5.
